Nope. You are correct! That is the correct procedure. Please make sure that you serve the Notice of NonOpp directly on the Judge's chambers. Besides being a formal local rule, the law clerk would GREATLY appreciate that.

In a Ch7 matter we have received a motion for relief of stayre property the client plans to surrender and therefore we will not oppose. Myreading of the rules is to file notice of non opposition and no appearance isnecessary. Am I missing anything?
