L:ou, let me know if this works:
1-First PDF: E&I, R&R, Project West Media, UHS (United Health
Solutions-they Coordinate Marketing), Arturo Camacho, they are all marketing
outfits. We have invoices for most of them, maybe not Arturo Camacho and
Yadira Salas that we used only once or so. They all generate cases in
different ways, Project West Media is like Los Defensores, they do a lot of
social media. The others go to Hispanic Events, they use different marketing
tools (flyers, business cards, ) promote our law-office and get clients to
contact us.
2-Second PDF: Interstate Attorney is an attorney service that files
documents in court for us. Steve Sadd and Michael Carmona are both Contract
Attorneys who handle depositions (sworn statements) of our clients out of
the offices. The defense attorney has the choice of where depositions will
take place. They happen all over, L.A, S.Bernardino, Riverside and Orange
Counties. They get paid on an hourly basis for their time. Thomson Coe &
O'Meara are attorneys who represented me in a lawsuit that was ultimately
dismissed, I have malpractice insurance but there is a $10K deductible which
is what I paid here. C.Abramowitz, Araxie Kouleyan, Ron Anfusco, Robert
Slater, Robin Jacobs, Humphrey and Associates, etc, are attorneys that
either referred cases to us and we paid them a referral fee pursuant to
State Bar rules, or they had the case prior to us and we had to pay them for
their services. Les Flemings is an attorney who handles appearances for us.
Leonardo Acevedo is a Hearing Representative that handles cases for us every
so often. None of these entities work in our offices.
3-Third PDF: JF Zimmelman & Associates are investigators that sometimes
finds lost clients, or information on a particular company for one of our
cases.
4-Fourth PDF, the BofA charges I have no clue what it is. Eagle Messenger
are attorney services that file documents in court for us.
5-Firth PDF: Francisco Calderon, Inc are Hearing Representatives, authorized
by the Labor Code, to make appearances at the WCAB(Workers's Compensation
Appeals Boar) the administrative body that regulates work related injuries
and issues. Alex Lazabal, and Leonardo Acevedo are another Hearing
Representatives who handle certain courts (WCAB boards are all over, each
County has at least one), sometimes our hearings (all administrative in
nature) are in Bakersfield, Fresno, etc. Donna Arias is Arias Consulting,
they sometimes do work delivering documents to clients, taking documents to
court etc.,- Gerardo M. Martinez does Marketing. Frank Calderon and Mark
Calderon are associated with Calderon Hearings, Inc -The other people
sometime come and pick up files/and folders and organize them for us.
Sometimes we use different people to do research for us, work on some
pleading and bring us the final pleading etc. Sometimes our staff incurs
certain costs (they have to buy supplies or pay fees when I am not around ),
and we reimburse them for that.
