Voluntary contributions to 401K not okay in Ch 13?

No, you can make reasonable 401K voluntary contributions in a Chapter
13. I think if you were to just decide to contribute now when you have
no history of contributions would be suspicious, but if the here is a
history, or a matching from the employer you could argue was not taken
advantage of due to financial distress then you can contribute. I
regularly confirm plans with voluntary contributions.

Holly, I believe, for B22 purposes, that Egebjerg (attached) holds against
deductions for a retirement loan repayment. (yes, it was a Chapter 7 case).

I believe I read that in a Chapter 13, the debtor is allowed to deduct 401K loan payments from the means test, but not voluntary contributions to the 401K. Is that correct? We are in the valley.
