Ford - repossessing if judge voids reaff?
To my knowledge, there are no anecdotes of a repossession after the debtor
complies with their duties, but the judge does not sign the Reaffirmation
Agreement. That would be a good test case, given the right facts. Hale

I have a client who has a car with Ford. Client will sign reaff but I will not, and I hope the judge voids the reaff. I know Ford is reposessing when the debtor doesn't sign, but what about when debtor does sign but judge voids the agreement? Any stories out there?
