negotiating a 2cd mtg with the filing of a ch 7

Hello group mates:
Around a month ago, I read that an attorney was negotiating unprotected 2cd mtg, after the filing of a ch 7. Does anyone remember the attorneys' name and number? Better yet, does anyone know of an attorney that does this kind of work?
