David is correct.
Please look at 523(a)(15) if the atty award is part of a divorce settlement or decree. If it is the debtor's own atty's fees for the divorce then it is a general unsecured debt.

Be a little careful here, the attys fees from the debtor's lawyer are easily dischargeable, but now most awards for the spouse's attorney are based upon support and not dischargeable.
