Joe owns Corp X. Corp X is sole owner of real estate Blueacre. Joe
personally guaranteed mortgage to Secured Creditor, which has told Joe they
intend to go after him for any deficiency. Can Joes personal Chapter 11
stop foreclosure sale of Blueacre? Corp X was in a Chap 7, but Secured
Creditor obtained Relief from Stay, plans to move forward with
foreclosure. Joe thinks there is equity in property. Secured Creditor
says there isn't..
