Is anybody available to appear today in a pre-trial conference with Judge
Samuel Bufford at 2pm in a non-dischargeability adversary proceeding? The
Court is inclined to dismiss because the plaintiff has not filed a pre-trial
order despite giving him one continuance of the pre-trial conference
already, but I agreed last week with opposing counsel to continue it out and
filed a stipulation and uploaded an order. The appearance will be to either
(1) tell the Judge that we agreed to another continuance, but would love the
tentative; or, (2) just to watch him dismiss the case.
