CH 13 Retainer

As an aside, it's been a while since there's been an increase in these fees.
Is it time to start lobbying for an increase, particularly given the number
of loanmod and Motions for Relief that now are issues that were not at time
of last increase?
ps: Bakersfield allows $5000 for self-employed, no-look..

The no look fee deal that was struck with the judges and
the bar is that the court will not require time sheets for cases where
the attorney agrees along with the client to abide by the terms of the
RARA and that the fee for services as detailed in the RARA will not
