LAM Motion in Chapter 11

No 1111(b) election where lien is fully unsecured. Lien stripping should
work the same in Ch 11.

I think the real issue is 1111(b), but I suppose if the creditor doesn't
make the election, you can do the 506 motion and then avoid the lien as
part of the plan terms, right?
I'm not sure Bufford counts, but it's good to hear someone tried it :)

I think the real issue is 1111(b), but I suppose if the creditor doesn't
make the election, you can do the 506 motion and then avoid the lien as
part of the plan terms, right?
