What to tell creditors

Make sure that you get a good sized retainer before you tell them to call you instead of the business. If you have a minimal retainer and they delay filing a long time you could be getting lots of calls that get angrier as time goes by. Meanwhile the debtor is freed from the nasty calls and thinks they don't need to file so soon.
