Dear Listmates,
LLC is filing ch11....wants to pay atty fee with corp credit cards. I advised him to write a corp check. Does the 90 day rule apply in ch 11? or should I just refuse to accept the credit card? Thank you so much for your insight.

Corporate credit cards, absolutely not. Raises more issues for
attorney than I can count at the moment. There was a string on this
about a year ago. Personal Credit cards on the other hand are ok to
pay for LLC's bk (presuming no personal bk contemplated).
