Subject: [cdcbaa] who to serve for motion to reopen
I need to file a motion to reopen a case to file a 522(f) motion to avoid
lien, but I'm not sure who to serve. My guess would be Chapter 7 Trustee,
UST, and mayhaps any party that might oppose it (such as the holder of the
judgment lien I'm trying to get rid of). I'm obvious trying not to serve
all the creditors. Do you all think serving these parties would suffice?
