Means test numbers change (somewhat) effective for cases filed on or after
3/15/10. The only change appears to be the (continuing) reduction in
median income, which has dropped again by about $150 per category.
Also, Code numbers tied to the CPI, including 109(e), are scheduled to
adjust 4/10/10.
