Expiration for Course in Personal Financial Management?

Dear Ty,
You stated that your client just filed a chapter 7, so I assume that this is not a conversion case. Section 727(a)(11) provides: "The court shall grant the debtor a discharge, unless - . . . after filing the petition, the debtor failed to complete an instructional course concerning personal financial management described in section 111 . . ." If the debtor took the personal financial management course before she filed her chapter 7, then she has not satisfied the requirement. Therefore, she must retake the course.

Hi Everyone,
I have a debtor who completed the Financial Management Course 1 year ago in her previous Chapter 13 case. She has now filed a Chapter 7 case and doesn't want to do the course again (if possible). Does the Financial Management course have an expiration?
Thanks!
Ty Takeuchi
