H & W are separated for several yrs., lead separate lives, keep theirmoney separate, file taxes separately,
but still share the same house (for the sake of the children & grandchildren). In 2004 H quitclaimed house
to W, and title in her name only as sole & sep. prop. House is in Bev. Hills.
W's income is also kept in separate accts and claims its never commingled. She's paid from her medical practice.
H is retired and pays W about $700/mo to live there.
Yrs ago H got a loan w/son, paid some back but loan now only in H's name and after several years of doing nothing,
the bank is after him and trying to collect on a judgment. W says they were trying to serve her w/a subpoena recently
but she refused.
I've read the FL codes and BK stats, but still have concerns. Will any of her assets be considered community prop
that trustee could sell for the creditors; do I have to put her income on I and then back it out.
