Social Security Benefits

Will a debtor draw an objection (bad faith) where there is significant disposable income ($1000) resulting from inclusion of Social Security Income on Schedule I. That is, the Means Test is fine but when one includes the Social Security Income beneift on Schudle I, there is DMI. Thanks for any help on this. Simon.
