Motion to sever

Hello listers:
I have a debtor couple in a chapter 13 who have started divorce proceedings.
The husband, who does not actually owe any of the debts, has moved out.
We'd like to sever him from the case and dismiss him. Does anyone have
sample pleadings for this?
