The Case Management Committee is working on a project to convert the Court Manual into an Online Guide to Court Procedures. The new Online Guide will contain fewer sections and appendices by: (1) streamlining
information and instructions, (2) adding a section that tracks the sequence of Local Rules, (3) adding a section that refers to common procedures of judges, and (4) adding links to content that is already found elsewhere on the courts website.

May we ask if youd be willing to appoint one of your legal assistant staff that the Case Management Committee can communicate with to learn: (1) if your firm uses the Court Manual and in what way, (2) what
is helpful about using the Court Manual, and (3) what is difficult about using the Court Manual.

The Case Management Committee is interested in communicating with staff from firms that represent debtors, creditors, case trustees, and the U.S. trustee. Please feel free to email your staff members contact
information to my law clerk at
