Have you checked the transcripts for the code "150" and "substitute for return" with dates prior to the debtor's filed returns.

Subject: RE: [cdcbaa] IRS debt
I filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for a client and her debts are discharged.m 2000 and 2001 are discharged. The three tests are met and my client does not own property. I got sent from Special Procedures to several other departments in the IRS to no avail. The IRS claims that my client did not file her tax returns for those years even though I faxed them proof that my clients Enrolled Agent filed the tax returns in 2005, which was printed from the IRS website.
The IRS is trying to collect on the discharged debt. What do I do and does anyone have a document they have filed that will help me?
