Yes.
Type of debt is an element of 707(b)(1), not 1325(b)(1).
"Best efforts" is 1325(b)'s Mean Test.

In a nonconsumer chapter 13, does Form 22C still figure into the calculation for the payment to unsecureds or do we simply do a liquidation analysis & bestefforts test?
