Help me figure this out

Listmates,
Help me figure out this situation:
I did some work on a chapter 13 case confirmed by another attorney. I am
entitled to be paid for this work. Debtors son asked me to let him pay me
outside of the plan because he wanted to save on the c13 trustees fee. I
agreed, and he paid for a while. Now he stopped, and I intend to file a
fee application.
1. My fee has administrative priority, so it must be paid before the 5
years expire, within the remaining time. Correct?
2. Once my fee is allowed, the plan will need to be amended, so I
will need to do additional work (plan mod) and will receive an additional
fee. So perhaps I need include a plan mod into the original fee app.
Correct?
What are your thoughts?
