506(b). It depends on the chapter, and the time the question is asked. In a 13 or an 11, the claim is undersecured and will not accrue interest during the case. If it is paid in full, the claim goes away.he case.
In a 7, the remaining claim will just continue to accrue interest, but only the reamining claim.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Interest accrual on partially avoided judgment lien under 522(f)
One of my voluntary pro bono clients (as opposed to the far more frequent involuntary pro bono clients) came to me with a question today. I just may be in a New Year's stupor, but I am drawing a blank on this one and my practice guide is out being updated. Does a partially avoided judgment lien on real property avoided under 522(f) continue to accrue interest? On just the unavoided portion of the judgment lien or on the entire judgment? Does it matter if the judgment was excepted from discharge under 523(a)(2)?
