Lienstrip when one spouse files

Just want to be sure: If H&W own property as joint tenants, and
both are on the loans, and the 2nd mortgage is subject to a LAM
lienstrip, can the lienstrip be done if only one spouse files the
Chapter 13 (or 11)? Does the distinction between community
property and joint tenancy /a la/ _Schwaber vs. Reed_ come into play
here?
