Rumor has it that she was suppose to be off the wheel on April 1, 2011. But
now I'm told it has been extended to May 1, 2011

Because ofa
very fast foreclosure sale date, debtors refiled a new 13 yesterday. Onceagain, the debtors were assigned to EC.

Just an FYI:

In Feb 2011, I had an EC case dismissed with a high 2nd mortgage payment
($900/month), with intention to strip the 2nd deed of trust via AP. The
debtors just couldn't maintain the high 2nd and a much smaller plan payment.

Because of a very fast foreclosure sale date, debtors refiled a new 13
yesterday. Once again, the debtors were assigned to EC.

FYI:

In Feb 2011, I had
an EC case dismissed with a high 2nd mortgage payment ($900/month), with
intention to strip the 2nd deed of trust via AP. The debtors just couldn't
maintain the high 2nd and a much smaller plan payment.

Because of a
very fast foreclosure sale date, debtors refiled a new 13 yesterday. Once
again, the debtors were assigned to EC.
