Need good appraiser in SFV for lien stripping

I mainly use 2 appraisers and have never been challenged or lost.

They are both good and do appraisals throughout Southern California. I use
both their services depending on their availability to ensure I get the
appraisals on time -- one of them is exceptionally quick. They are both
very responsive when it comes to signing their declaration to authenticate
and establish their qualifications -- one of them actually incorporates my
form declaration right into the appraisal, which can save time. I am sure
they both could incorporate it, if asked.
