Post petition loan mods in Chapter 13

We recently learned that EC will not approve loan mods in Chapter 13.
She only approves entering into negotiations for same. I know she's
going off rotation so it may not matter for an unfiled case, but just
thought I'd put that out there.
It sounds iffy to me.

Has anyone in our group done a Chapter 13 plan that was contingent
on a post petition loan modification being approved? .
