I don't think I'm saying that. If the debtor's action is a post-petition
action and the action is contemptuous, then the stay does not bar seeking a
contempt finding in State Court. You may not win the contempt OSC in the
State Court if there were no other resources available to pay the DSO, but
that is a different question.
