Appraisals For TA

I know many judges have expressed their preference for an appraisal in LAM
motions while some accept BPOs.
For those keeping track, Judge TA in Santa Ana requires an appraisal for LAM
motions.
For cramdowns, Judge TA wants economists or accountants to testify. Real
estate broker testimony is inadequate.
