Question re 9013-1(o)(1) motion and time to lodge order

To expand on Dennis's comment: creditors have standing to object to
abandonment, if they think that there is an asset that should be
administered. Thus you need to wait 15 days to make sure that some obsessed
creditor doesn't think that the rusting 1968 Camaro body should be sold at
auction for the benefit of the estate.
