Reaff offer with principal reduction

I received 3 today, all on 2nd mortgages on foreclosed properties or
about to be foreclosed properties. It seemed like they were Hail Mary
passes for recovering something/anything on lost loans. They have to
cover Jamie Dimon's $23 million salary and the $421,458 moving expenses
from his $6.8 million Chicago mansion somehow...

to my clients offering home loan principal reductionfor reaffirmation of debt.
Anyonehave anyexperience making thisdeal work with this (these)creditors?
