Service of Lam Motion on Fannie Mae?

Debtor's 1st DOT is to BrooksAmerica of record. They appear to be out of business. Select Portfolio Servicing takes the payments. Debtor called SPS and was told that "the investors of Fannie Mae" now own the DOT.
Does anyone know whom to serve?
