Dear Giovanni and Peter,
I had a client for whom I filed a Chapter 13 in 2004. Judge Russell was the judge. I remember the case because I objected to a loan sharks very large claim it was the reason for filing the case that was allegedly secured by my clients small used car lot. I won and the entire claim was disallowed. The loan shark appealed. I won on the appeal and that ended the matter. A couple of years later the case was transferred to Judge Zurzolo. Since then I dont think I have had any Chapter 13s with Judge Russell.

After reviewing my old records, I see BR was on some of my clients' case numbers from the late 1990s through 2001.
