I thought this was a forum for attorneys to exchange information, that would help each other and prevent problems with our clients. Are we supposed to be vague about things like Welles Fargo freezing accounts or Toyota repossessing so we won't hurt their feelings? We have obligations to our clientshe trusts and estates listserve for instance people often make complaints about ill treatment of their clients by particular banks, and sometimes a person on the list serve will suggest talking to "Al" or somebody at that bank and the problem gets solved.
Are we supposed to be forwarding messages from this board to others for their criticism? How come nobody is complaining about that? If somebody works for the Credit union how are they a consumer bankruptcy attorney anyhow? Bullying belongs on social networks --not here. I think it's a distinct lack of ethics to forward posts in this kind of a situation, its like high school.
