How does one calculate the amount of rental income to include in CMI
where a debtor owns a rental property as joint tenants with a 3rd
party but where the debtor resides in one of the units of the
property (it's a Triplex)?
In other words, how much of the rental income gets attributed to
(i.e. received by) the debtor?
