Does lessor have to get relief from stay to pick up car if debtor

Day 32 of the case: car lease is not yet automatically rejected by
operation of law but debtor has stated intent to reject the lease.
While the stay will automatically expire shortly after the 341(a) (I
think it's 45 days), can lender come get the car right after the
341(a) even without relief from stay and/or do they have to wait until
at least day 61?
