I have recently heard some ads on KABC or KRLA for timeshare experts who
advertise taking over timeshare which people want to abandon. You may want
to check out their websites for advertisers to see if you can find them.

Unfortunately, I do not know of anyone that would be an expert on
timeshares. If Dead End Properties reconsiders, please let me know as I
have seen quite a few of these situations with my clientele

The company has not considered taking timeshares because I don't know enough
about them to evaluate the level of risk they propose. Sorry. If you have
a timeshare expert willing to sit down over lunch and explain the issues,
that may help.

Will Dead End Properties take timeshares? I have many clients who have time
shares which they can no longer afford. They can't sell them because they
owe back rent and the timeshare company won't take them back. I have one
client in particular who has a time share that they cannot afford and they
are on SSI. Social Security Administration is trying to cut them off from
SSI because this timeshare is considered an asset.
