Subject: Re: [cdcbaa] New collector of properly scheduled debt shows up after
filing
My practice (not necessarily best practice, but it's what I do):
1. Give notice by letter enclosing the official notice of commencement and if
chapter 13 notice of plan, dates etc has gone out, send that too
2. Add to our mailing list.
3. Do not amend Schedule F unless and until there is another reason to do so
(if so, $26 fee to add creditors).
Other practice comments welcome!
