A trustee can continue a sale without notice beyond an announcement at the
prior scheduled sale only for a year. If it has been longer than 365 days
since the last notice of sale, a new one will be needed (20 day notice).

Resumption of Foreclosure Process After Dismissal

Good day listmates:
A case under chapter 13 was filed days before a foreclosure sale.
Over a calendar year later, for divers reasons, it will dismiss prior to confirmation.
Will the foreclosing lender halted by the stay be able to continue from the point the sale was halted or will it have to re-notice the sale and start all over again?
Or something in between?
I am researching now but I face a deadline and got the question about five minutes ago, as sometimes happens.
Any leads or guidance gratefully received.
