Termination of Stay in favor of Debtor and Debtor's Estate

All,
I had a hearing this morning before Judge Robles where the lender was seeking an order confirming there was not stay based upon prior filings. My current case was filed prior to the Reswick case being issued. Judge Robles granted the motion relying on the Reswick case. At this time I am considering appealing the ruling to the District Court to sidestep the Reswick case.
Has anyone else appealed a similar decision? If so, it is still pending?
