Monthly NOTICE OF PAYMENT CHANGE for a HELOC

Every month I get a NOTICE OF PAYMENT CHANGE for a HELOC for one of my
in-plan ch. 13 clients.
Is there any reason for me to see this document? Should I just tell the
bank to send it directly to the client? How do you handle it?
