Client owns a Baskin Robbins and intends to bifrucate and strip down a CIT UCC-1 lien on the equipment at the store, in his Chapter 13. We need an expert to inspect the equipment and opine on value for the objection to CIT's proof of claim. Please shoot me your best referrals for that purpose. Thank You
