Filing Petition in Santa Ana with ITIN

Has anybody filed a bankruptcy petition in Santa Ana with an ITIN for a
client who obtained credit with a Social Security Number not issued by the
Social Security Administration without having the UST object or move to
dismiss with a bar?
I've filed plenty like that in L.A., S.F.V. and Riverside and filed some
successfully in Santa Ana in the past, but a few months ago I had a client's
petition dismissed with a bar on that basis and now have a new client who
wants to file in Santa Ana. All information would be welcome.
