Dear Colleagues,
y a debtor under LBR 3015-1(w) and 9013-1(o). Often the chapter 13 trustee files Trustee Comments in which the trustee opposes a motion but the trustee does not request a hearing. The new procedure involves the debtor filing Debtors Reply to Trustees Comments. ZURZOLO Ch13 matters ONLY.

Judge Zurzolo has created a new procedure to resolve motions filed by a debtor under LBR 3015-1(w) and 9013-1(o).
Often the chapter 13 trustee files Trustee Comments in which the trustee opposes a motion but the trustee does not request a hearing.
