Ironically, I'm almost hoping for the latter. There was NO love lost between me and opposing counsel (couldn't have happened to a nicer guy)and it would be delicious if HE had to execute the release.
And no, it was not anyone on this listserve or even a bankruptcy attorney for that matter.
