Hello,
What is everyone's experience on debtors signing mortgage reaffirmation? My recently discharged LA division ch 7 debtor is now complaining that his mortgage payments are not being reported to the credit reporting agencies. When he called his mortgage lender, they told him that his attorney should have had him sign a reaff so that payments would have been reported in his credit report.
Thank you.
Best regards,
