What about
4. Take to trial the adversary, including discovery, prep time, status
conferences, trial, etc? Some adversary cases, while a small minority, do
go to trial. And as a federal litigator, you want to be sure you are
prepared for that and then compensated for it, as well.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Fee arrangements for hardship discharge of student loans
Listmates,
How do you charge for discharging student loans?
It makes sense to me to charge a flat fee to
1. prepare and file a complaint for hardship discharge; 2. review responsive
pleading or motion, if any; and 3. negotiate with the opposing party.
How many hours does this usually take?
Could someone share the fee agreement language concerning hardship discharge
of student loans?
