Chapter 11 subgroup or listserv

I didn't mean to exclude anyone. I just want the C11 listserve to be
limited to C11 questions, issues and discussion. I have no problem with
people who ACTUALLY WANT to learn something.

Although I agree with David that it would be helpful to identify those who
do chapter 11 cases, I have a slightly different view about creating a
subgroup or separate list serve within the CDCBAA.
There are many of us who would not take on a chapter 11 case because we
dont have the experience or staffing to do the requisite work. However,
just because we dont do Ch11 doesnt mean we dont have to be conversant on
the subject when the client asks a question or the client circumstances
dictate that we know enough to refer her out. So for those of us who donget to sit at the big table, at least let us listen in.
I dont plan on taking on a Ch11 anytime soon, if at all, but I still found
the presentation at the last meeting quite informative. Thank you Dennis
and Peter.

Although I agree with David that it would be helpful to identify those who do chapter 11 cases, I have a slightly different view about creating a subgroup or separate list serve within the CDCBAA.
