Subject: [cdcbaa] Rental property sale after No Distribution Report
I have a client who has had his trustee pass on administering the
estate, and one of his out-of-state properties has an offer than will
net him $2,000 or so.
Is it best to (1) to a motion to approve the sale; or (2) abandon the
property. If either one, do I need to exempt the proceeds of the debtor
if possible?
