Tax refund in Chapter 13 case

Unlike the Kathy Dockery and Elizabeth Rojas Orders Confirming Chapter 13 Plans, Nancy Curry's Order Confirming Plan does not contain language that all tax refunds must be turned over to the Trustee. The Plan also does not contain such language. This is an above-median income debtor paying less than 100% to unsecured creditors. How would the Chapter 13 group members advise their client in a Nancy Curry Ch. 13 case who received a tax refund?
